Ciao, y’all! I have a fun edition for you today!

I often have people reach out to me saying that they wish they could own a vacation home in Italy or even potentially retire or move here. And, yes, to live here there are some hoops you need to jump through, and although not always easy, it IS possible!

I wanted to share some properties that are less than what I paid for my home. Again, I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Tuscany that I purchased in 2023 for €120,000. If you’re willing to be patient, there are some great properties throughout Italy for UNDER €100,000. Here are 10 below for you to look at!

I had to limit the photos and details so I could add more listings, so if you want to check out more images and details, click on the link under the one you like! Don’t miss the one in Sicily for only €39,000! Yep, you read that right.

As I always say, go grab a vino and…

Andiamo! Enjoy!
